Equipping the Saints

Marking the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible, St Mark’s Gabalfa in Cardiff has commenced a School of Biblical Preaching, with the aim of encouraging good biblical preaching in the Church in Wales.  It is open to all clergy and Readers and those in training, and to lay people who (with the support of their minister) would like to develop potential gifts in this area.

Meetings are twice a month on Tuesday evenings, with one meeting focusing around a keynote address on some aspect of Biblical preaching, followed by discussion; the other meeting being a practical expository workshop involving input from participants.  For people unable to get to St Mark’s the recorded keynote addresses are on the St Mark’s website: www.stmarks-cardiff.co.uk.
